FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • How is the image delivered? Once payment is confirmed, I will email the licensed image directly to you, typically within 2–3 working days. You will receive a high-resolution JPEG file, optimized for use as a detailed artistic reference. If you need the file in a specific format, just let me know when you place your order, and I will do my best to accommodate you.
  • What resolution will I receive? The image is delivered at a minimum of 3.000 pixels on the long edge — more than sufficient for detailed reference work at most standard print sizes. This is a licensed reference file, not a full print-production file, which means it is sized for the artist’s easel, not for large-format commercial reproduction.
  • Can I request a specific photograph? Yes, absolutely. If you have seen an image on the site — or have something particular in mind — you are welcome to describe it in your inquiry and I will do my best to provide it. Please bear in mind that not every image I have photographed is available for licensing, but I will always let you know honestly if a request falls outside what I can offer.
  • What can I use the image for? The Artistic Photo License covers personal, creative, and fine art use: paintings, drawings, illustrations, and similar handcrafted works intended for sale or exhibition. It does NOT cover commercial reproduction of the photograph itself, printing on merchandise, or digital art intended for mass distribution. If you are unsure whether your intended use falls within the license, just ask — I am happy to discuss it.
  • How do I place an order? Simply use the Contact Form to send me your inquiry. Include the image you are interested in (or describe what you are looking for), and I will get back to you within 2–3 working days with the confirmation and payment details.
